Returns Policy

We hope you will be thrilled with your purchase but if you would like to a refund, please email us at info@cherryriver.co.uk to discuss the options and costs for this within 14 days from date of receipt.  The refund will exclude original delivery costs and you may need to purchase your own return postage depending on the country you are returning from if it is outside of the UK. We will advise you on how to proceed. Please be aware that items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were received. We will not refund any items that are deemed as damaged or have been worn.

We are a new business doing our best to provide high quality products but if a piece does break or appears faulty within the first 30 days after purchase, we will endeavour to replace it for you. Please email us at info@cherryriver.co.uk and we will confirm if we can process with the exchange and how to do proceed with this. 

Please pack the items in a well-padded envelope to avoid any damage in transit and obtain proof of postage. We will not be responsible for lost goods. 

Refunds will be credited to the card used for the original purchase and issued within 28 days of receipt of the return.

For returns of market fair/pop-up orders, please keep your invoice/receipt for proof of purchase. We are unable to offer a return on items without a proof of purchase. Sale items cannot be returned.
