Returns Policy

We hope you will be thrilled with your purchase but if you would like to a refund, we can do so as long as the item is returned within 14 days from date of receipt.  The refund will exclude original delivery costs. Please email us at to arrange the return detailing the reason. We will advise you on how to proceed. Please be aware that items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were received. We will not refund any items that are deemed as damaged or have been worn.

We are a new business doing our best to provide high quality products but if a piece does break or appears faulty within the first 60 days after purchase, we are happy to replace it for you. Please email us at and we will advise you on how to proceed with the exchange. This also applies to our gold hoops happen to not click closed as efficiently after being worn for a long time.

Please pack the items in a well-padded envelope to avoid any damage in transit and obtain proof of postage. We will not be responsible for lost goods. 

Refunds will be credited to the card used for the original purchase and issued within 28 days of receipt of the return.

For returns of market fair/pop-up orders, please keep your invoice/receipt for proof of purchase. We are unable to offer a return on items without a proof of purchase. Sale items cannot be returned.
