Returns Policy
We hope you are thrilled with your purchase but if you change your mind, please email us at info@cherryriver.co.uk to discuss this within 30 days from date of receipt. We will advise you on how to proceed and if there are any additional delivery costs. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were received. We will not refund pieces that are deemed as damaged through being worn extensively.
We are a new business doing our best to provide high quality products but if a piece does break or appears faulty within the first 30 days after purchase, we will aim to replace it free of charge. Please email us at info@cherryriver.co.uk to confirm if we can proceed with this exchange.
Please note there is no exchange or refund after 30 days for pieces that have been worn.
Also, most of our pieces are delicate so we recommend putting them on/off instead of wearring continuously to prevent any damage.
Refunds will be credited to the card used for the original purchase and issued within 28 days of receipt of the return. Please pack the items in a well-padded envelope to avoid any damage in transit and obtain proof of postage. We are not responsible for lost goods.
For returns of market fair/pop-up orders, please keep your receipt for proof of purchase. We cannot offer a return on items without this. Sale items cannot be returned.
